Introduction:-

 

The name of the trust is Uma Star Charitable Trust and the address is Arya Nagar Pipal wali gali near Avantika phase 2 Ramghat road Aligarh. Trust is founded by Tejaswa Trivedi and Reeta Sharma. The name and designation of the trustees is as follows-

Objectives of trust:-

 

  1. The trust here is to establish schools from primary to junior high school and intermediate degree colleges and technical training institutes and schools of higher education and to provide them all kinds of support. To promote and spread good education in schools run by the trust. To establish, manage and operate educational institutions to provide education to boys and girls in India. To operate computer centers to impart computer education.
  2. Here the organization will provide affiliation to various educational and non-educational institutions like C.B.S.E., I.C.S.E., N.O.S.E.IGNOU, UGC, NCBT, NIELIT etc., if required, will get their affiliation and will run and propagate their various schemes.
  3. Here the aim is to work for the welfare of the needy people of the society like blind lepers, deaf and dumb, handicapped and destitute poor people.
  4. Here, to protect the environment, we should prepare new types of plants and by doing research on them; preparing plants of such unique species will be helpful in environmental development.

Appointment of trustees:-

 

Trustees of the Trust will be appointed by mutual consent only. A person who is addicted to addictions contrary to religion will not be able to be a member of the Trust. Any of the trustees will be subject to termination of trust, death or any moral defect in performing the duties of the trustee. In the event of vacancy occurring due to incapacity, the Director of the Trust shall have the right to fill the vacancy or to appoint a new Trustee.

 

Work area

 

Here the area of work of the Trust will be all over India and the whole world.

 

Permanent arrangement

 

  1. Here is the steering committee; the founder will remain on his post for life.
  2. The requirement here is that after the completion of the objective, after the trust is dissolved, the trust property can be sold on the basis of majority.
  3. Here the founder trustees will have the right to use the property of the trust's registration office for their entire life.
  4. Here, the founder trustee will have the right to remove/change any trustee during his lifetime and after his death, this right will automatically pass to the successor.

Rights and duties of officials of the steering committee Director

  1. Presiding over the meetings of the Trust Governing Committee
  2. Determining the topics of the meetings in consultation with the manager
  3. Calling meetings through trust management or calling them as required
  4. To carry out other work including newly elected to fulfill the objectives of the Trust.

 

Secretary/Manager

 

  1. Convening and conducting meetings in consultation with the Chairman
  2. To appoint, suspend and establish discipline in the employees of the Trust after consulting the Chairman.
  3. Keep an amount of up to Rs 10,000 with you for unexpected expenses.
  4. Approving vouchers for expenses etc. and forwarding them to the Treasurer for payment and giving receipts.
  5. All other rights and duties which the steering committee may assign to him in the interest of the trust.

Treasurer

 

  1. To smoothly manage the entire financial system of the Trust, to maintain and maintain related accounts.
  2. To invest unsponsored and excess trust money in government securities as per Section 20 of the Indian Trust Act 1860.
  3. Operating the bank accounts of the Trust as per the provisions
  4. Completing the financial accounts or getting them audited by an auditor within two months after the end of the financial year and presenting them to the steering committee for approval in the annual meeting in the month of June.

 

 

NOTE: - This trust is registered under the trust act of 1882.
